Tweenbots is a project dreamt up by Kacie Kinzer, a New Yorker with an interest in human interaction. Her goal was to send a little hapless cardboard robot through the streets and parks of busy New York with directions on its final destination. It was up to the strangers of the Big Apple to intervene and guide the little blighter.
It is truly remarkable that through all of the missions these bots go on, none have got lost or damaged. It brings out a warm emotion and restores faith in humanity that in frightened and troubled times, people are still keen to help.
