Its created by a guy called Alex Roman who modelled and rendered several famous buildings and some of his own imagination and encapsulated them in this amazing video.
The purpose of the video was to show architecture as art and, in my opinion, completes this objective many times over. It also shows just how good computer generation has become.
Roman used 3dsmax, Vray, AfterEffects and Premiere and also directed the video, edited it AND created the musical score.
